The Bunny and the Khan

The Denver Museum of Science and Nature featured an exhibit all about Genghis Khan. You couldn't take pictures inside the exhibit itself (which makes total sense when you consider the age of some of the things like fabric on display) but Wendy got permission to snap a quick photo of me at the foot of the Khan.

I'll post more about this, because we had a really great day. Promise. But for now, behold, I sit at the foot of the Khan. Yaay me!

Not Feeling Better

Sick Day Movies

I seem to have caught myself a bit of a head cold. Wendy had to go to work, but Noelle was kind enough to look in on me and help me. She's a really sweet girl.

I hunkered down with a bunch of my favorite "sick day" movies and Wendy's laptop and just spent the day watching them.

Wendy and I are the only people I know who enjoy "Hostel" for the warm fuzzy, feel-good ending.

Hopefully I'll be over this soon. I hate being sick. Bleah.

Cousin Noelle

My cousin, Noelle, arrived in town today. It wasn't quite the arrival story we'd been planning on, but here she is and we're glad to have her here, safe and sound.

She's a little bigger than I remembered, but that's okay. Wendy and I figure there's always room for family.

Baby Noelle, my Cousin

My cousin Noelle is coming to live with us. This is a picture Aunt Ester sent me just after little Baby Noelle was born in 1982.
